5 Gallon Water Category: Additional charge every gallon over 5 individual gallons.
Weight: Heavy item allowance per delivery.

25lb-3 maximum

Returns and exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items. They must be in their original packaging along with the original receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The delivery fee is non-refundable.
If you are a no show when the driver has arrived in your time selected window, you will NOT receive a refund for your delivery fee
Transportation or any other technical reason if we are unable to deliver your order the time and date you select, we will notify you with email that you provide with your order.
After a no show, you will have a 24-hour window to have your order re-delivered. You are responsible for paying the second delivery fee. You can do this by selecting the delivery fee on the website and linking your previous order. if you didn't found re-delivery fee link at our website email us for reschedule, we will send you link in email for Re-delivery fee to Reschedule.
If we do not hear within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. After cancellation, you will receive a refund for your order excluding the delivery fee within 48-72 business hours.
Please Note:
To reschedule your order, you have up until 2 hour before your selected allotted time. You may call or email us with when you would like to have the order delivered. Be sure to leave your name, phone number, and order number when rescheduling. Once the driver leaves our store with your items, your delivery fee is forfeited and you must pay a second delivery fee to have your order sent out again.
